10. Confidentiality of Submitted Materials
X LAZAAR Industry understands the importance of protecting brand concepts, apparel designs, and proprietary information.
Design files and project information submitted during the quotation process will be treated as confidential and used solely for:

Nothing in these Terms shall transfer ownership of submitted materials to X LAZAAR Industry.
